Falk School

In 1931, the Fanny Edel Falk School was founded based on the concept of providing a progressive, experimental, and individualistic learning environment. Today, the Falk School is a laboratory school operated by the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Education. It offers non-graded classes for children in kindergarten through middle school (eighth grade). Scholarships covering one-quarter tuition are available to dependent children of full-time faculty members and faculty librarians who are full time. The children are admitted through regular procedures of Falk School.
